The Sable Nutrition: an editorial approach to everyday wellness
We are a London-based food supplement company focused on plant-based nutrition, ingredient transparency and responsible wellness content. Our editorial team applies the same rigour to content as to formulation - no unsubstantiated claims, no dark patterns, no shortcuts.
Why we started The Sable Nutrition
The supplement market is crowded with exaggerated promises and opaque ingredient lists. We founded The Sable Nutrition with a simple conviction: adults deserve clear information and honestly formulated products. Nothing more, nothing less.
Every claim on our labels and website is either an EFSA-authorised nutrient-function statement or a straightforward factual description. We do not use fear-based marketing, before-and-after imagery or results guarantees. Our business model relies on repeat customers who trust us - not on first-time buyers misled by bold claims.
Slim Coffee Booster was developed over 18 months working with independent nutritionists and food technologists to achieve a formula that met our dual criteria: genuine botanical interest and EFSA-compliant nutrient functionality. The result is a product we are comfortable standing behind in writing.
Ingredient transparency
Every ingredient is declared by name and quantity per serving. No proprietary blends hiding individual doses.
Regulatory compliance
Our nutrient claims are restricted to those authorised under UK-retained EU food regulations. We do not make disease claims.
Editorial independence
Our Wellness Journal content is written by named, qualified contributors. Commissioned content is clearly labelled. No ghost-written doctor personas.
Fair commercial terms
One-time purchase, no hidden subscriptions, transparent pricing, 14-day returns on unopened product under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Our commitment to expertise, experience, authority & trust
We align our content and product communication with Google's Search Quality Evaluator Guidelines and the principles of E-E-A-T. Here is what that means in practice.
Experience
Our contributors write from direct professional experience in nutritional science and supplement development - not from generation or anonymous copy.
Expertise
Named authors hold relevant qualifications. Technical claims are checked against EFSA opinions and peer-reviewed literature. No medical professionals are impersonated.
Authoritativeness
We reference primary sources (EFSA Journal, NHS, BDA) rather than secondary summaries. Our further-reading sections link to verifiable academic and regulatory material.
Trust
Full company information, registered address and contact details are visible on every page. Our privacy, cookie and refund policies comply with UK GDPR and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
