5. Ordering and contract formation

6. Consumer rights and cancellation

- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us at info@shineherbalkne.world before the 14-day period expires.
- Goods must be returned unused, unopened and in original sealed condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
- The right of cancellation does not apply to opened or used products, or to products that have been personalised.
